Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elsy app, operated by Matthias Verbaert (“we”, “us”). By using Elsy you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Elsy.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Elsy, including by uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempting to disrupt the service, or accessing data you are not authorised to access. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in Elsy. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display it so the app can function and so the people in your spaces can see what you share.

4. Elsy Plus subscription

Elsy Plus is an auto-renewable subscription offered as a monthly or yearly plan.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
Purchases are also subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. Termination

You may stop using Elsy and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Elsy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Elsy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
